“Their behavioral health department is a joke. The therapist can’t set their own schedules which means that if you are supposed to see them on a weekly or biweekly schedule you will probably see them once every 2 months if you are lucky. If you have an appointment scheduled just pray that the therapist will actually be there because it’s a 50/50 shot that you will arrive only to be told you have to wait another month for your appointment. This is an issue I’ve faced with all of their locations I’ve been to but this location is by far the worst with it. Beware and find another therapist if you are serious about getting help because you won’t get it here.”
