“Would not recommend. Therapist don't follow any guidelines with appointments or billing. My therapist sent my bill to collections because he said he didn't get the message that I canceled a WEEK ahead of my appointment. Said it's not his fault he didn't get the message i left on his phone( I saved all of these messages as well). What a crock. This was someone who was supposed to be helping me with severe anxiety. Guess what this whole ordeal did for me? This place is very unprofessional. Left multiple messages with the owner and never had a single call returned. Gave 2 stars because I believe they do have some good people there, but use at your own risk. Depending on how they handle this, will depend on how far I take this. Not happy. They persist to send me a bill for an appointment that was never an appointment. Canceled our other services here due to their lack of structure here and mismanagement. So disappointing.”

“Until I met Mike Rozich I didn't think I was ever going to find a psychologist that could understand and help me with my traumatic experiences that I've been through. He is very knowledgeable, tries different methods to help you and he gives you great suggestions that can truly help. He's very empathetic, funny, understanding, very helpful, he will help you in any way that he's been taught or learned along his way as a Psychologist. I would definitely suggest seeing him because he is a great man, Psychologist and I considered him to be like a friend because I felt a connection with him as soon as we had our first consultation. If you're seeking for a Psychologist to help you with a traumatic event, I suggest reaching out to Mike Rozich because he's helped me out more than he'll ever know.”

“i would not recommend Karli Baldus for marriage counselling. she sides with the same gender. she is a grade teacher from Muskegon schools not a certified counselor! we had her counselling for 3 times and soon after me and my wife were filing for divorce... that is exactly what we were avoiding, and hoping she could help, but it was only a one way road. she has no religious beliefs, waste of time and ruined our marriage.”
