What patients say on Google
“I have had a great experience, Dr. Chapman is the best! She listens to you and really cares and wants to help you feel better no matter what your going through.”
“Dr Dawson is an excellent psychiatrist and thoughtfully worked with me over the past year to help be through a difficult chapter in my life. I have a high degree of confidence in her knowledge and appreciate her willingness to listen and be flexible as my adjustment to medications was at times very challenging. The staff is always polite and caring and are a great asset to the practice.”
“Great provider in our community! Dr. Chapman provides excellent care to make sure her clients’ needs are met with above and beyond professionalism, innovation, and compassion. Intelligent and person centered! Wonderful staff.”
“Extremely rude receptionist. Edit: the receptionist called me back asking for me to remove the review insinuating that I wrote the review because of other reasons. Then told me they would take “appropriate action” against me if I did not remove the review. It was solely written due to the receptionist being rude. I am not nor will ever be a patient of theirs. If the review wasn’t justified before it is most certainly justified now. Edit 2: Dr. Chapman, if you were in the room then you would know I did not make the request with no supporting material. I have already been evaluated through testing by a psychologist. I called to see if I could circumvent your new patient fees considering it would be redundant and waste of money on my part since I have already been evaluated. Furthermore, that doesn’t have anything to do with your office manager's tone or attitude during the call the first time or second time which I explained the reason of my review had nothing to do with the purpose of my call. In my professional opinion in both calls specially the second one, there was an extreme lack of professionalism coming from your office manager. I wish your office the best.”
