“Please, PLEASE, don’t let these bad review scare you away! I was so nervous going in voluntarily. I’ve never been in an inpatient facility and it was very apparent to everyone there. The techs were AMAZING. Nurses? PHENOMENAL. Social workers? So sweet!!! All the faculty I came into contact with were professional and KNEW how to make a scary situation, one that was bearable, but then transformed it into an enlightening experience! Food options were great, lots to do between word puzzles and coloring, tv and even board games! And they have books available! No one was mean, there was no malpractice and they genuinely care about their patients. They really do all they can do to help the people in their care and I know I for one am grateful for it.”

They made it easier for me to know without a doubt that my daughter was getting the help she needed to understand what was going on inside her mind!! “Techs and Nurses are great, which is why there's 1 star. Doctor Maddie(?) shouldn't have a license to practice in health care. She doesn't visit patients in person and refuses to provide medication prescribed by not only a PCP (that's been caring for patient for 30 years) but also an emergency room doctor. This nearly caused my loved one to have a stroke. My loved one ended up in the ER TWICE in the same day due to her medical negligence. If this place keeps her on board, they should be shut down. A medical neglect case is being discussed with an attorney. If you have a loved one in a mental health crises, DO NOT send them here if this Doctor is still working for them. She supposedly doesn't even live in the state!! I was told that the facility itself isn't terrible but she needs to go! Ask questions and know your rights before checking in.”
