What patients say on Google

“Called in regards to medication. If you are lucky the nurse will actually answer the phone. I suffer from anxiety and depression but that really should not matter. I am a patient and I needed help. Her name is Lauri and she voiced absolutely no compassion or professional nursing care or concern. I was not asked if I was doing ok. The whole conversation made my anxiety go through the roof.”

“The Dr that I saw treated me like I was seeking drugs. She was rude and they somehow lost my health chart that I had faxed to them. I felt like she didn't believe me. Worst experience ever.”
Rachael Lucas
“I have attended both the former CDT and PROS program along with there former clubhouse program years ago dealing with depression and complicated grief. I've had some vary good therapist in my recovery journey. preliminary treatment and interception was though the old CPEP and three weeks of primary treatment at a different hospital which lucked out for me because the other hospital has the best inpatient unit in the city. many people here are also dealing with physical health issues too which interfere with there ability to continue to be a highly productive employee which can impact ones mental or emotional health. this facility for me was a god send and an eye opening exspirance about mental health and ones personal emotional makeup and seeing other people's journeys in recovery. unfortunately as you get older with more other health issues older people will never achieve a 100 percent recovery. for it was a possible return to the working world. but sadly was never achieved because of other health issues. I'm currently a senior citizen and far past the point of no return as far as returning to work. before my meltdown I had a 30 year blue collar career as a factory worker but between a long term job that I loved plus more other health issues starting to drag me to a point of no return. this was the result.”

“Very impressed with the staff and they actually care. The clients are so friendly and made me feel welcome.”
