How likely are you to recommend St. Joseph Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“I was recommended Dr. Pablo Perez by BCBS as well as my surgical team after having my gallbladder removed. I liked the facility and initially liked the staff. I had to come back for labs to recheck my liver enzymes since they were insanely high. I had to genuinely harass the staff for two weeks to try and just get the results. After calling 6+ times and leaving just as many voicemails, I stopped dialing for the labs in their directory. Finally got someone on the phone just for them to transfer me to the lady in labs. She ignored the call of course because why would she answer a patient about something so urgent. Why would Dr. Perez call with my labs since they were urgent. Finally requested another visit after actually getting some lady on the phone. I asked for more labs. The woman scheduled me a month later. It’s not like my liver was potentially failing. Then they had the nerve to call and reschedule for the day before my appointment (yesterday) because he was going to be conveniently out of town (today). I scheduled for 3:15. I showed up with my childcare and my two LITERAL BABIES since we had an appointment before. I was told it would be a long wait because he was 6 PATIENTS BEHIND. I literally waited for three hours to not be seen. Was told I was next in line around 4:30. Those jerks let every single person go before me and then continued to ignore me as I was sitting there. At the three and a half hour mark I finally walked out. God forbid I try to get help or treatment from such an incompetent staff. They can’t even make or answer phone calls. They barely text you back when they’ve offered to do so. Then they don’t listen when you requested labs over a month ago and say “oh haha we can’t do them today but you can come back literally any time to get them done” as if they’ll tell you the results. As if I don’t have two babies. I can’t just drop everything and go anywhere. This is the most incompetent, inconsiderate, useless staff I’ve ever seen and it’s so unprofessional to do this to somebody CONSTANTLY. I’m sure Dr. Perez wasn’t even in the building by the time I left (which was an hour and a half AFTER they closed). Useless. Dumb. Awful place. Awful staff.”
“If I can rate Dr.Perez, will be 10 stars. So good Doctor and person. But this is my rate for all clinic an management. I was patient a lote of years. Decided don’t do this again. Nervous cells never restore….”
“The doctors provide good service, and the place is decent. However, despite having an appointment, the wait time is between 1-2 hours. You also have to call and remind them persistently to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy.”
“I'd rather not go into the things that I've experienced with this place. I will just say that I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, lack of client/patient services I received there. It's the second time in my life that I have felt discrimination due to my race, and that's just from the front desk staff. The Dr. was nice, but I felt he never heard me. Things there seemed very unorganized. There seemed to be a lot of new staff often. They usually really did not know how to handle things completely. I'm not blaming them as we all have to learn from the beginning, but why such a big turn over in employees? A doctor's office is not a place where there is room for mistakes, lack of knowledge, or the desire to help all people no matter the race. I really regret that I chose this place.”
