“I've filed formal complaints with the licensing board against office manager and LPC Beth Berhorst and two other staff members. Beth allegedly doctored up my SSM patient portal, using a degrading unathorized photo of me, wearing what appears to be a suicide smock, as an avatar attached to messages that she associates as mine. She put her own message on the portal, attempting to transcribe a phone conversation we had, which I allege isn't accurate. Such messages don't exist under the messages category of the portal. These messages are hidden under the notes category of a January 7 appointment. I had self medicated the evening of January 7th and was willing to make an emergency appointment the next day. Instead Beth called and discharged me. Allegedly she nor Dr Ravi nor any other clinical staff in the office put my overdosed state as top priority,. However, spending time in my portal, attempting to justify discharge apparently was a top priority. Beth changed her story 3 times during the call for reason for discharge, including labeling me a liability, and never sent me a letter of termination as promised in a message. I further allege that I was retaliated against as reason for discharge. No calls were returned by office staff when wanting to address these issues I have 27 screenshots and a video involving the alleged dastardly deeds done to my portal. I've also filed complaints with OCR HIPAA division and Ethics Point.”

“They assigned me a temporary shrink without telling me that he was temporary. Then they gave me Dr. Javi. Her English is so broken. I have to often ask her to repeat herself. She won’t prescribe Ritalin even though I’ve had a prescription almost 30 years.”
