What patients say on Google

“Switched to the KOP location when my original provider at the North Wales locations changed practices, and have had nothing but problems with the KOP office since switching - even before their system change early this year. Medications were submitted incorrectly multiple times and I have to call the doctor to correct every month. Secretary is hard to speak with live on the phone, and leaving a voicemail (or multiple ones) gets a callback about half of the time. The practitioner I saw was lovely and very nice every time, but the constant administrative issues caused me to switch to another practice so my medications can be submitted correctly and on time.”
Liz Bradley
“I just called this office to set up an appointment. I had to wait over 20 minutes to speak with someone, and when I did, the person was rude! I told her I wanted to set up an appointment and she just transferred me without any explanation as to where or who I’d be speaking to. And then I went straight to voicemail. When I called back, she spoke to me like I should’ve known where she’d transferred me to. From the reviews here, I see that my experience is not an exception as it’s pretty consistent with others. Literally, do better! How many more negative reviews will it take?!”

“Do not under any circumstances use Springfield Psychological. The receptionists are either rude or completely horrific at communicating. Regarding the "doctors" they are more concerned about making feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and more anxious instead of helping you with your issues. Very limited evening appointments so if you have a 9-5 type job you will not get anything for months. If you try to schedule appointments and need your rx filled if you miss a certain window you will get hit with hidden fees. Mental health should be their priority but they are more concerned about making things difficult for their patients. Not helpful and potentially dangerous interaction with the "doctors" you get appointed to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WORKED ON! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!”
Steven Buck
“Appointments are hard to schedule because of Covid-19. There are cliches in the system but we are sorting them out. I can send messages through to my personal counselor and we are trying to work through the problems. Its hard for everybody but they are doing their best and I am excited to talk to my counselor soon! Not a quick fix without these steps. Might be good for a lot of people who have a hard time getting out for appointments.”
