How likely are you to recommend Spring Creek Mental Health Services?
What patients say on Google
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a telehealth appointment with Shelby, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and positive healthcare experiences I've ever had. Discussing mental health concerns and personal struggles can be incredibly vulnerable, especially when you're meeting with someone for the first time. It can be difficult to open up about symptoms, experiences, and challenges, but Shelby has a way of making you feel completely at ease. From the very beginning, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to listen attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and created a safe, judgment-free environment where I felt comfortable being honest. At no point did I feel rushed, dismissed, or like just another appointment on the schedule. Instead, I felt like she was truly invested in understanding me as a person and helping me find the best path forward. What stood out most was her compassion. Conversations surrounding mental health can sometimes leave people feeling misunderstood or self-conscious, but Shelby's kindness, professionalism, and empathy made what could have been an intimidating experience feel surprisingly comfortable and reassuring. Even through a virtual appointment, her warmth and genuine concern for her patients were evident. I left feeling validated, supported, and optimistic about my care moving forward. If you're looking for a provider who is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and truly listens without judgment, I highly recommend Shelby. She has a remarkable ability to make people feel comfortable, understood, and cared for, and that is a gift that cannot be taught.”
“Spring Creek has been an absolute blessing over the last three years. Working with Cori, Justin, Eric, and Leo has been a wonderful experience—they are compassionate, attentive, and consistently advocate for my well-being. You honestly couldn't go wrong with anyone on their team. It’s rare to find a team where you feel so deeply heard and cared for. I’m endlessly grateful for them!”
“Nolan Willard was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen. I felt comfortable, heard, and never rushed. The facility was also very welcoming, calming, and clean. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend!”
“Spring Creek is the BEST mental health provider in the WORLD. I’ve worked with several and none of them can compete. They have helped me at my lowest point. I am diagnosed with bipolar, depression, anxiety to name a few. They saved my life. They are the most knowledgeable people I know. I’ve had a short-term and long-term disability claim and they handled it expeditiously with a level of care. Figuratively speaking, they don’t bring a knife to a gun fight. Trust and believe, they will SAVE your life and I mean it. I’m in tears thinking about their support. If you don’t take my word, try them for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. They’re NOT in it for the money, they actually CARE.❤️❤️❤️ Every single person who work for them will treat you like FAMILY. They take the time to listen to you and develop a plan of action. They are not judgmental. I don’t feel like a patient, I feel like I’m part of their family. I”
