How likely are you to recommend Spectrum Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“Kathleen, Dr. Victor McGregor, Pamela and the complete staff are a very professional, helpful, sincere organization. I have no idea why your rating is so low you guys are very helpful and sweet or it can’t describe how I am grateful for being a client. I love you all.!”
“Different place, same song and dance. Gave the scheduler more than 20 days of which I was available for an afternoon appointment spanning 2 1/2 months -- 0 availability. Gave the scheduler an entire week of wide open availability -- 0 availability. Noone cared. It's clear to me that any Mental Health Facility that 1) is never available and 2) does not care what that inaccessibility does to someone suffering from Depression -- will be in no way, shape or form, able to give quality and effective "care" anyway. I guess all those happy people from their webpage were the lucky ones.”
“I like my Dr. But there is a receptionist that is very rude and belligerent. Talking over me, not listening, and unable or unwilling to come up with a solution to a easy problem. That kind behavior in a Dr office is unacceptable. Spectrum really needs to train this lady on how to handle basic dialog, or maybe overhaul their hiring process. The issue happened at the Poughkeepsie office. Im very disappointed.”
“This place has gone downhill since moving to virtual visits. Appointments feel rushed, myself and other family members feel not listened to regarding our symptoms, medications are never called in in a timely fashion, and it takes forever for a receptionist to answer. Billing is a joke as we get charged no show fees even when we show up for our appointments. I am so glad I switched to a different provider group as this group is seriously one of the worst I've seen. If I could leave a 0 star review I would”
