“Well my therapist was absolutely wonderful during our 8-year relationship. The office staff member who coordinates the billing canceled my appointment with less than 24-hour notice because of a transition that I informed them in writing before it was to go into effect. I find it ironic that if a client cancels in less than 24 hours at this clinic, the client is responsible for the bill. But the clinic can allegedly cancel in less than 24 hours and the client is left with no therapy session. I was feeling very unhappy! Especially since I communicated this well in advance of my scheduled visit. I even went through the steps to confirm my appointment as required the day before I was scheduled. All parties involved had fire knowledge that I was coming as required yet the communication on the part of the clinic was allegedly last minute.”

“I formed a trusting relationship with my therapist and was making good headway. Recent issues had arose and I had to cancel appointments. I cancelled one because my car broke down and is at the shop, and recently my grandpa is passing away. I called and let them know as soon as these things happened. Well my therapist dropped me. In my worst of times he decided that was the best course of action. They claim a letter was sent out for attendance issues but I never got one. They still charged for the visits I didn’t show up for and then got rid of me. Very saddening. That helps the abandonment issues with men…”

“I just called to ask about ADHD testing and the person who answered the phone cut me off and exclaimed "we don't do any testing at all" - I was taken aback with how aggressive this was. I will not be considering any of Spectrum's services in the future. You know what they say about first impressions.... Yikes.”
