What patients say on Google
“Different place, same song and dance. Gave the scheduler more than 20 days of which I was available for an afternoon appointment spanning 2 1/2 months -- 0 availability. Gave the scheduler an entire week of wide open availability -- 0 availability. Noone cared. It's clear to me that any Mental Health Facility that 1) is never available and 2) does not care what that inaccessibility does to someone suffering from Depression -- will be in no way, shape or form, able to give quality and effective "care" anyway. I guess all those happy people from their webpage were the lucky ones.”
“I’ve been going here for years- and there was a time that I would have rated them poorly. However, Theresa, the receptionist in fishkill and at times Poughkeepsie, is always a pleasure and helps accommodate my needs for scheduling purposes. There IS another receptionist that is rude and unpleasant, I just avoid her whenever possible. My prescriber, Susan, is wonderful- she’s kind and smart and empathetic and sincerely cares- I actually enjoy my visits catching up with her lol (virtual visits now 😶). I can’t attest to the entire place, but I’m very pleased with the help provided and never have issues.”
“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! These doctors have more mental problems than their own patients. My first doctor walked out on me and left me stranded without any medication, literally was unaware and thrown to the dogs. My next doctor Linda Callvacca prescribed me medicine and made sure I didn't have enough so I AWLAYS had to come back. I've been on the same medicine for 2 years now... No reason I should have to come back EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. It's all a money making business with them. They don't care and won't even try to help their patients. They won't even give me access to my OWN medical records which I'm pretty sure is illegal!!!! I've also been threatened; there was an instance that I had an appointment so I drove an hour away there just for them to say they can't see me or refill my prescription until I pay my bill (my father was in charge of this and pays them.) They denied me my prescription so I had to stop cold turkey which is so so bad for you. This place is a scam and even asks you what medication you want to be on which is really terrifying. Please for your own safety and health, do NOT go here. I'm on hold with the Better Business Bureau to shut this firm down. Scary.”
“Why is spectrum removing my one star review? Because I mentioned the counselor that screwed me by name, Jennifer Strano? Or the secretary, who rudely yelled at me over the phone?”
