“its insane how this place does not care about there patients. I cannot get ahold of my doctor, Nashwa Hasabou for a week. Not only have I called the office multiple times a day for a week asking to refill my prescription & they say they send over a message to her but she never answers or gets back to the message. My pharmacy has sent over multiple requests for a refill. Nashwa not to mention is not personable at all & does not listen in my opinion, she seems very uninterested while on call & is very unprofessional. I highly do not recommend her or spectrum if you want to be cared for properly.”

“My son is a patient of Irfan Babariya, APM, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to both Irfan and the practice, my son has been waiting over two weeks for a prescription refill. We even had a telehealth appointment earlier this week, yet the prescription still hasn’t been sent. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when it concerns essential medication. We expected better communication and follow-through from a healthcare provider.”

“I am very impressed at how friendly everyone is. Sheila and the other secretaries are always helpful and prompt with returning calls and helping make appointments to fit my schedule. I have been impressed with Robye the NP in her role in helping my mental health. She has virtual and in-person appointments which helps with my busy schedule. She is calm and patient-natured and I never feel crazy or judged based on my symptoms or feelings that I describe to her. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with mental health issues if you need help figuring out your diagnosis and/or being treated.”

She really knows medicine well and what can work for you. She's completely changed my life and I highly recommend her. The office staff is extremely nice and the appointment wait time is very low. It's quick. I'm very happy coming here and would highly recommend them .”
