“Places like the bathroom can tell you a lot about the overall quality of a place and here is the picture of the men's restroom all sticky around the toilet and no soap to wash your hands so if you ever visit this establishment don't shake any of the male patients hands. The people who work here are about as friendly as this bathroom is clean! I currently haven't been working and I told them this and submitted my w-2s and do you think they helped me get my medicine?! The answer is NO! I'VE BEEN HAVING TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH MEDICINES TO BUY FROM THE WALMART PHARMACY BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD IT AND THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL! I'm so glad I'm almost done using their services and will just wait until I can truly afford to go see a real psychiatrist and afford to pay for my medicines. Luckily I'm about to have a job where I'll have insurance and I can have mental health services through a better quality of care team. I really hope that, for other people who aren't as blessed as I am and HAVE TO continue to use SpectraCare, this place gets their act together and actually starts valuing and caring about their patients instead of just earning their checks because it's state-funded and everyone acts like it--reminds me of The Haven! I've done better for myself just sucking up some of my problems giving them to God and being patient and realized that the diagnosis and medicines that I pretty much put myself on while I was in rehab are not needed and nobody is doing any lab work or medical verification that I even need these medicines. It's kind of worrisome! God bless all of you who have mental health disorders and really have to come to this facility! Are you trying to get me”

“This place is not for helping people with mental health and addiction. If you have any hope of getting help for a loved one, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. What they don’t tell you, is that they only keep the patients for SEVEN DAYS!! That is not long enough to help ANYONE suffering with addiction!! They also will NOT give you notice until they are on their way to drop off said patient! We were told my love one would be released TOMORROW Friday the 3rd, but because they are closed for Easter, without noticed, are currently on their way to drop my loved one off at my aunts! She wasn’t given so much as an hour notice even… they are currently in route and called her while IN ROUTE! Absolutely insane! So disappointing. Thought we finally found help…. What a joke! Go elsewhere for help!”

“I honestly don’t have a problem with this location. Yes I did switch doctors but I absolutely love the doctor they gave me. He actually will sit with you to get down to your problem and then help you solve it. The medication helps me and the option of group or one on one is a treat. They will find the help you need.”

“Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from what is supposed to be a professional medical service. Can rarely get anyone on the phone, when you do they are either clueless or rude. Today My prescription needed to be renewed for refill, my pharmacy contacted them with no response, so I contact them so I can get my prescription refilled and they refuse to approve it unless I come in for a visit even though nothing has changed, then proceed to tell me the reason for this is because I was a “no show” to my last appointment….. THAT THEY CANCELLED THEMSELVES LAST MINUTE! So now I’m without meds having to find a doctor that gives a shit. Stay away from this place if you have a choice.”
