“I recently have been receiving help from the SMHC and I must say that I wish I would have been brave enough to make this step for improvement in my health and life all together a long time ago which was strongly recommend by many friends and family members who we're genuinely concerned about me but my stubbornness stopped me until I took their advice finally and started the process of reaching out and seeking help in which I apparently and obviously so badly needed. So my opinion is that if they're anyone else out there who's feeling like I did to stop and take the time to make that phone call and make an appointment to be on your way to not only better yourselves but also your loved ones. There's absolutely no shame in seeking help for mental health issues even if you are in denial like I was for year's. Trust me it can't hurt but just the opposite it can make your whole life easier and better than you'd ever even imagine it could be. Tiffany Hawkins 🌝”

“They want money. I went for the “interview”/screening appointment because I was depressed. I was explaining some survivors guilt and was told I should be feeling that cuz “that ones on you”. Completely unprofessional and I will NEVER trust that place with anyone I care about. EVER. It has taken a long time to be able to even write this.”
