“Let me start with how I have been very happy with Spark Wellness especially Ms. Del Rio. They are accessible, client-focused, and helpful. Ms. Del Rio is relatable and kind. She listens to my wants and helps formulate a plan and works with me to get there. I have never no-showed or cancelled an appointment until this past month when my family had a personal medical emergency which required me to miss a rescheduled appointment. They were not very understanding and I was charged almost $200. I at least hope some of that fee went to Ms. Del Rio. On one hand, I’m happy that they reinforce their policy on their employees behalf, but on the other hand their inflexibility on this first and only occurrence really upset me as a medical emergency was 100% out of my hands. The last thing on my mind while in the ER was rescheduling a tele appointment.”

Listens to my issues and actually cares enough to checl my progress with each visit. “This place keeps losing customers and they're going to keep losing customers over missed shows and airs from a partner application called ZocDoc. By the end of the year they will have no clients I guarantee it They have messed up their entire billing system and chasing people down for $50 and not letting them see their doctor because of it? I am filing a complaint with the state and I suggest everybody else who is upset also does”
