“This place sucks don’t ever send anyone here. The staff bully, neglect and don’t care about the kids at all. They don’t care if you’re self harming until it’s noticeable enough for them to get in trouble for not doing anything. The staff will constantly start arguments with the patients for simply just existing. Being there twice they kept me for month just because they could even when I was doing nothing wrong I was there for months on end. And the fact that they just put you on random meds that you’ve already had that made it all worse is bs. I couldn’t even call my brother on his birthday because it wasn’t a phone call day even though they had said I could. NEVER send anyone here again.”

“My daughter was here and never contacted me about her blood work with the medicine she was on. Now that she is home, her regular doctor has proof that what south wood put her on is dangerous to her liver. Very extremely poorly managed and no WEEKLY communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY EVEN OPERATING AT THIS POOR LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT. Lawsuit has already been filed so I can post this freely.”

“I am a former patient I just got out Sunday and I have some things to say first don’t send your kids there unless you want them to get worse the staff there are very rude and disrespectful for no reason. Second the food there is one of the worst things some of it is expired and the rest smells. Some people might say good things but in reality it’s one of the worst places you could send your kid. Third they will try and keep your kid there as long as they can and if you don’t get a date after your kid being there for 5 days make sure to say something to get your kid out of there asap. That place should be shut down it’s not a good place at all it’s one of the worst places of all time so do not send your kid there unless you rlly don’t care. There was this one girl and she was sick and told them that and said she needed to see a doctor and they said they would get her seen but then so many days went by and she was throwing up and they didn’t do anything about it.”

“Do not put your children in this facility. They want to create patients for life and not work on actual issues at hand. The disrespectful staff on top of the ability to be manipulated is appalling. This is the worst facility I have ever dealt with. As a veteran who suffers from PTSD and has been in the mental health system for over 20 years this place is an abomination. It is everything that is wrong with the way the mental health crisis is in our country. I highly suggest you look into other options because if you use this as an option you are going to create more problems than you began with. Very unprofessional staff very uneducated doctors. They do not provide visiting hours we're the ability to call your child directly. Giving them one star is actually more than they ever deserve there should be a negative star system because if there was they would be negative 10 stars. I feel so bad for involving them in my son's care and I hope anybody reading this message will definitely think twice before you use this as an option. This place is a complete waste of time and your money. For the sake of your family use another option.”
