“MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. And awesome thank you to the Chefs and kitchen staff for the awesome meals 5 stars to you all in the kitchen you all made awesome meals and again a big thank you everyone the put up with me in the month of April this year I have been clean living in a sober house in tell city. And A big thank you to the counselor that told me about it she was from tell city area sorry I forgot your name you were a big help for all you did for me Thank you all and God bless you at stepping stones”
“I have used this office for 25 year's and Dr. Evans-Robinson is an amazing psychiatrist. Very knowledgeable and caring. The only issue I have is my child is in therapy here and everytime she gets comfortable with a therapist, they switch her to someone else. I understand people move on but she is getting absolutely nothing out of the therapy here. Very disappointed but she's had about 7 different one's in a 6 year span. I'd recommend a more stable therapist somewhere else.”
“Ashley with Wraparound was the biggest blessing to our family’s needs. She guided us and made us feel safe, and in good hands. We were devastated she was let go. The best support we have had in years was let go! This momma cried. My child needed her. I needed her. We continue services in hopes to find improvement over time for our child who is struggling with social relationships, anger and empathy. The Moran lobby needs a facelift, it is very run down. The front office when you walk in the door is held by an unfriendly staff member that doesn’t allow you to speak with her other than yes no and communicates a quick go away based on her words and body language. The two ladies at the phones front desk are usually easy to talk to and a much more pleasant. The overall tone of this location is that the parents are the problem. Not the mental health of the children, the patient, who is being brought by those supportive parents for help. I have been so sad to to be judged and spoken to as if I were a horrible human because my child needs help and we have to be here. If Evansville had more resources, we would utilize them. Unfortunately my child’s heart was broken over and over by the trauma her biological parents created. I’m bringing my now adopted child to resources to help her heart and mind heal. Our individual therapist has been great, same with our psychiatrist. I thank them so much for their passion.”
“My daughter and I were supposed to join this class today as it's open ended and we were turned away after I called today to make sure it we were welcome and after my daughter's assessment last week. Do better, because of this incompetence it has made it so I will be finding care for her elsewhere. Why would I trust this place with my daughter's mental health when they don't even understand the therapies they offer!”
