What patients say on Google

“Our family’s experience there concerning a relative being there for several weeks has been the best. All of the staff are very professional and caring and extremely compassionate. We were very impressed with this place being so clean and well maintained. We’d love to give a shout out to Leah Touchton and her wonderful amazing staff!!”

“Okay so , first of all Amanda the front desk receptionist is the most unmannered, rude, dismissive, unprofessional and preposterous medical employee I have ever had to deal with. Not only was I told that I could not go to urgent care side for my debilitating pre diagnosed migraines to have some medicine provided for me, I was told that the doctors In Urgent care are unqualified to prescribe any medication. & that is only the beginning of the illogical spew that left her mouth before criticizing me for the amount of time I was in between switching insurance companies and being told I’m basically SOL and will have to make appointment for 5 weeks out and just deal with my migraines until I can see Dr. Boothe. Okay , fast forward 5 weeks I get text the day before appointment stating the Dr will be out and had to be rescheduled and would not be able to get appointment and will have to wait another 3 weeks & when I requested to make appointment with a different provider I was told that that is impossible and that I will just have to wait or go somewhere else. All while rudely interrupting me and having a sour attitude and contradicting her first aggressively impertinent statement. Clearly, from the looks of the reviews she is like this with most people. How she is still employed is beyond me. I also was not aware that receptionist could provide medical advice to patients on what the doctors skills and decisions and medical advice would be. The last I checked that is unauthorized medical practice and is illegal and unethical. Be a shame if someone tipped off the state medical board about this malpractice. At this point you could not pay me to return to this incompetent facility.”

“They're advertisement states "Well with You"... And "live well with southwell". I think I may be of the wrong age group, or not live up to the looks of a regular human being. This doesn't apply to me. What have I done wrong to have a nose turned up ?”

“Ridiculously RUDE so-called receptionist tonight!!!!!!! Don’t know what her name (or deal) was, but I came up here when I had a cold (what was soon was to be bronchitis, go figure, lol), she was also there and was very rude!!! Ugliest attitude I have ever seen in my life for someone who works in healthcare!!! I was trying to get seen tonight for having panic attacks and I am struggling with my anxiety, so she did not help my moods at all. I apologized for showing up late (it was only 7:20pm when I arrived), and she treated me like total crap the entire time, and made me feel so invalidated!!! Something seriously needs to get done about this because this is no way to treat anyone. I don’t care if I was a walk in. I just wanted someone to see me and schedule me an appointment, for crying out loud!! Doctor, nurse, or receptionist, don’t treat people like garbage!!!!!! These people also tried to tell me I had a regular cold when I actually ended up with bronchitis, so yeah. And some of y’all’s doctors are rude too!!! Agreeing with the previous comment, I would not come here even if it was my last day on earth!!! Very sick place (no pun intended, lol). If I could give less than one star, I most certainly would. I never leave reviews unless they are exceptionally good or terrifyingly bad, so take this information with what you will!!”
