Dr. Desir and Mrs Latasha make me comfortable and always ask if I have any questions and make sure I understand what’s going on in my mouth. They get the job done !! Thanks so much.”

“Can’t even get them on the phone to schedule an appointment. Was on hold +40 minutes yesterday and no one ever answered despite me being “first caller in line”. Today is my third day trying to just CALL them and speak to someone to schedule. Someone answered and put me back on hold when I told them I needed to schedule a dentist appointment. Waited ten minutes on hold and then hung up to call again. Third caller in line. Currently researching who this entity should be reported to for nonsense like this while I continue to wait on hold.”

“They already playing around. I’m a new patient and forgot my appointment date so I called at 4pm and was the 2nd caller in line for 24 mins which I didn’t care about bc the wait is always long. When I finally got a representative she transferred me to dental where I was on hold til 5pm closing time. Clearly intentional. I’m not for the bs and not being able to reach someone within business hours is exactly that. I’ve tried calling earlier and on different days but always wait at least an hour and even requested a call back before but never received one.”
