What patients say on Google

“I love Southside! I have been going to them for over 10yrs! The staff is friendly the customer service is great the facility is clean and last but not least the doctors are phenomenal especially my doctor Treecie Miller! You are truly amazing and a gem to southside and a blessing to healthcare! Thanks for just being you!!! GOAT!!!”

“I left this appointment feeling unheard and dismissed. As a Black woman, it’s already well documented that our pain and symptoms are too often minimized in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was my experience with Treecie. I’ve been bleeding continuously since June 21 and have become so weak that I’m bleeding through my clothes. Even with my lab results, I explained how poorly I was feeling and how difficult it has been to function. Despite that, she refused to provide a work excuse until I finished my prescription or felt better. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted my symptoms and concerns to be taken seriously. Compassion and listening are just as important as treatment, and I left feeling like neither was provided. I hope this practice reflects on how patients, especially Black women, are heard and cared for.”
Miranda Lester
“The experience was awesome as a first time patient at S.side medical I was welcome and cared for from the time I walked through the doors… continue to be golden on purpose Queens of the S. Side medical Forest Park…”
Adriane Meyers
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Treecie for two years now and I was surprised she remembered me! She always helps me feel comfortable and as a trans person, she respects my pronouns and name as well. When I tell staff members I’m trans, they immediately used inclusive language for my body parts. I keep coming back for friendly, informed services.”
