“Avoid Rachel Allen. I was turned over to her after eight years of consistent, steady, and successful treatment. In the first two minutes, she immediately told me that I would be lowering all “necessary” medications and altogether removing treatment for other conditions. When I told her that I was uncomfortable with that, she said, and I quote: “well you’re not getting whatever you want from me. It’s best to sever our professional relationship.” By the time our 4 minute “session” ended, I was left without treatment or a physician and absolutely terrified. Devastated to think that almost a decade of trust meant nothing. I was assured by Dr. David Snow that I wouldn’t be “shuffled around” and that he “wouldn’t allow” anyone to change my medication. “Very judgemental and think they are the greatest thing ever but news flash they are horrible they don't listen to the patient and want to give people on anxiety meds a low kids dose! Waste of time and money! Go to it and they will help you these people all 3 of the lovely ladies that work there have a lot to learn! My daughter stopped going because they are quacks!”
