How likely are you to recommend Southern Psychiatry?
“This place is great. The girls at the desk are always super friendly and go above and beyond. Very polite as well. Dr. Craver is who I see and he is exceptional. I love his professionalism. You can tell he genuinely cares about you and wants to see you get better. He really helps to understand what’s actually wrong and get you where you need to be. His calming nature and office ambience really make seeing him super comforting as well. I highly recommend this practice!”
“The office was great, scheduling was easy and I was able to get in rather quickly. My provider was thorough and took the time to make sure he understood any concerns I had about care. Everyone was really kind, made my transfer of care from TN seamless and great.”
“I never leave reviews, especially for medical offices but I have to this time. My dad has been with this group for over 5 years and has seen Dr. Sadler and nurse practitioner Nicole Smith during that time. My dad has severe sleep issues and was prescribed a sleep medication that you must take on a schedule and it’s proven that if you miss a dose you are at risk for seizures. So obviously the doctor’s office would make sure to always have refills ready so their patients, like my dad, wouldn’t ever run out of this medication right? Nope. My dad is now out of the medication for the second time. Not just for a day but an entire weekend for the SECOND time. Each time he calls them and warns them he’s running low multiple times throughout the week before Friday comes but every time he’s told “I’ll pass your message along to the doctor and he will call you soon.” and he never does. My dad received a huge apology from Dr. Sadler last time and he promised it would never happen again but my dad just went an entire weekend without it again. He had to quarter his last pill just so he had something to take over the weekend. He then never received a call today, Monday, from the doctor. So of course he has to call again to say he doesn't have his meds and he’s told he will get a call later today but guess what? He didn’t get a call. Maybe he’ll get a call tomorrow but who knows. I’m writing this massive review to say that no one should come to this group because experiences like this happen a lot and not just to my dad. Would you want yourself or your loved one treated this way?”
“The team at Southern Psychiatry is awesome. I was at one of my lowest points ever and they were absolute lifesavers for me. From medication to therapy, it’s been top notch. I’ve been a patient for many years and am thankful for their help.”
