What patients say on Google

“I love Joanna. She's easy to talk to, understanding, and just really comfortable to be around. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I never feel like I have a long wait when I have an appointment. They are always quick to respond when I contact them through the portal too.”

“The staff is professional and understanding of every person who enters their facility. They treat them like they are human beings who need help and not a problem. They address concerns and questions with calm and efficient responses to help patients with their needs. They address concerns and questions with calm and efficient responses to help patients with their needs. It was a wonderful experience, even as a first time attending the facility. This is what exactly is needed for people who need mental health care and help. They had a minor disruptive patient and they took time to help them calm down. Then got them to see the doctor and other providers as soon as they were available. Dr. Sanjay Nigam is a very good doctor who was incredibly polite and professional. His interview and explanation of my needs and treatment plan. Including providing insight about how my medication can effect the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy. He also explained how I would feel during and after each therapy session. Dr. Sanjay Nigam also pointed out that I need to advise him about any changes in medication before each round of TMS therapy. He noted that drinking certain things like Monster Energy Drinks can negatively impact the outcome of TMS Therapy. Therefore he advised against drinking them as well as other types of over the counter/natural remedies could cause negative reactions and warned me to avoid them 48 hours before and after each session.”

“Be careful, they will try to charge you 100 bucks for a missed appointment even when you or a family member is dying in the hospital. I only added another star because I had to throw a fit for them to take the charge off. Edit: I just want to point out the amount of bad reviews on this place and one problem people had was a long waiting period for appointments that go beyond the scheduled time. It’s a big double standard that they are aloud to be 45 minutes late with no consequences, but a missed or late appointment on the patients end leads to high charges and sometimes termination for any future appointments. It’s completely unfair. If they are so strict on times then it should be that way for every person involved. Including them. If the office misses an appointment, they should have to pay the 100 bucks then”

“I was a patient at this practice for four years, and the experience was consistently poor from start to finish. Appointments were constantly delayed by 45–60 minutes or more, regardless of when they were scheduled. What should have been 5 minute visits turned into hours-long ordeals for interactions that felt rushed, impersonal, and not worth the wait. Communication is clearly not a priority here. At one point, my provider left the practice and no one bothered to inform me—I only found out because I happened to have an appointment. That level of disorganization is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. My final experience was the tipping point. I tried to refill a medication and was denied because I hadn’t been seen in over a year—even though I had contacted the office just a few months prior. For a practice that deals with mental health, cutting off access to medication over technicalities, without any effort to help or guide the patient, is incredibly irresponsible. After four years of dealing with long waits, poor communication, and a lack of basic patient consideration, I cannot recommend this practice. If you value your time, your care, and being treated like a person, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.”
