“Hopefully my insurance is not paying for services because services basically started and stopped the first day. I spoke with the doctor, that was nice and I was prescribed medications that I ended up getting a few days later . Saying you provide services just to ignore aperson's phone calls and claim you are too busy to provide and said services.... Unethical and absolutely unacceptable especially when the client is in crisis and experiencing homeless. I have gotten a couple short rides from the "skill building counselor" who is always on call and unavailable. No time for a client no matter how much notice you give. It's costing me hundreds and I have been doing what I was doing without the counselor.”
