“Worst place ever. They treat u like your not suppose to know what's going on & when ask about doing a mental evaluation they say they don't know where it can be done. When you point out facts to them they just tell you that your wrong. Instead of getting facts they just say this is what I think you have. Also they tell you to get support from some place else when it comes to social security but yet don't want to give you the support themselves. I walked out shaking because of the counselor making me feel degraded & stupid because I pointed out facts in black & white.”

“Ok, this is a lil long, bare with me. Its just that SO much happened and i wanna at least tell you half of it (this isnt everything) I would leave zero stars, if I could. So, I'm bi-polar and schizophrenc,, after 20+ years with them, a caseworker lied about me and, without even speaking to me, they dropped me. But, the caseworker was able to keep her job, even after another agency heard her scream at me from the parking lot. Just because they are short handed, they let her keep her job, without any repercussions from screaming and cussing at me! But, they kicked me to the curb. Now, how is a COUNSELING CENTER going to drop somebody because there bi-polar? AFTER their employee screamed and cussed at me, then lied. AND I WASNT EVEN ASKED MY SIDE. Plus, at the time i had lost everything i have worked so hard for, in my entire life. Apt and everything in it. Plus, outta everyone ive ever known, my mother is the only person that has contacted me at all in the last 2 years. So, within 2 weeks, k lost everything ive ever known, except my dog and my mother. So, i has a nervous breakdown and was un rhe psych hospital filor 3 weeks and once i got home was told that i had 3 days to hand in my keys. NOW, after 20+ years with them, I also, have to pay per page for all my medical record. I'm ob disability, and make $983 a month. So, that's a whole months check, just to get my medical records order to go somewhere else. So, If you go here. Be prepared, they are not supportive, or helpful. And, they will save their ass and leave you hanging there! I found out the hard way!”
