What patients say on Google

“Horrible experience last week. From the front desk lady to the nurse. I hope they know patients can hear them when they talk and we can see facial expressions too. Maybe wait until the patient walks out the door before you start running you mouth. I would never recommend this place for someone who has a true issue. A back street in Montgomery has more class then these people.”
Matilda Burrows
“I've been a patient there for a little more than a year and I've been completely invisible. I go at the same time as my husband to save money on gas, as we travel 45 minutes to get there. They don't take my copay, but take my husband's. I'm the one who pays. I have heart conditions and they give him the EKG. They keep sending me a bill because they forget to get my copay when they take his copay off my card! I owe for three visits. It's ridiculous to think that anything I say to them is ignored. I'm afraid I'm going to die of a heart attack before I get proper medical Care. I have the nurse practitioner she never returns phone calls. She never calls in my medicine my blood pressure was 200 over 122 and she just increases my medicine. I think she's high. I'm going to find a new doctor”

“I had a horrible experience with David Runyon. He’s known me for years and treated me like he had never met me. I have never been treated like this from a doctor ever. The dude needs to either retire or find another career. His bedside manner sucks to high heaven. He is the most inconsiderate and rudest doctor I have ever seen!”
L Romero
“I use Doctor Robledo he often cancels appointments and lets you run out of your medications.”
