“This place is horrible. They never call you back. I had Cognitive testing done a couple of years ago and could not get any results for months. Finally, I threatened them with legal action and the doctor called me back on Fourth of July at 9:30 at night. I thought maybe it was just thar particular doctor I went to a different doctor later. Have not had a good experience with feedback with him either. If you call the office, you can never get through to anyone. It’s like there are no humans working there. These doctors that tell you to look at patient portals for test results don’t seem to get that the average person does not understand all the medical terminology and needs to have a person talk to them and explain test results. I even had a new neurologist call their office for test results and they did not get an answer back either even though they tried several times. Stay away from this place and find yourself a different doctor.”

“Don’t waste your time here! This office never answers the phone or returns calls. Everything has to go through their messaging in the patient portal, and messages take ages to be responded to, and that’s if they ever even respond. Do not trust them to fax paperwork anywhere! It will never arrive! If you need any paperwork make sure you have a physical copy before you leave!”

“I will not comply with the new palm scanners, iam completely against any kind of biometric technology and I will leave if forced to, the no password wifi is sketchy and my phone warns me everytime i connect to it about a man in the middle attack, im not sure if this if them doing it or a cyber threat other than that, this place is ok, staff is friendly as long as your friendly; I cannot stand Dr Pflaster and thankful i dont have to see him. phone calls take forever and appointments are booked solid, i go to the patchogue location for nuero and this river head dept for pain management and PT here which does awesome work!”

“Well I have been seeing Dr. Pflaster for about 10 or 20 or 30 or 40 years cause I have dementia and epilepsy but he is so nice and sweet. I haven't had a seizure since last year .
