How likely are you to recommend South Community Behavioral Health, a Primary Health Solutions Company - Main office?
What patients say on Google
“Idk I feel like this place does way better than any other place in dayton. I get my meds when I need them. Some body usually answers the phone depending on what day it is and time of day. I also like how all the Services all in one building. They Offer a lot of programs that will help you but you have to be willing to put in the work. Case management is amazing those woman that work up there are the best on what they do. Counseling is also really nice as well. I highly recommend this place to new and old Ohioans that want to work on them selfs.”
“Don’t go here if you need help they will drop you as a patient once you lose your Medicaid. What place only accepts Medicaid? When you’re dealing with behavioral health you need to take care of everyone no matter what insurance they have. This place is dangerous for doing that to their patients, they will make you suffer more and stop your medication without a replacement or referral.”
“!!!BEWARE!!! Many reasons… NEVER answer’s the phone. NEVER returns phone calls. The only way to get anything done is to go in person and even then you STILL get the ring around.”
“I can’t speak for every psychiatrist/therapist there but the ones I saw simply did not seem to know what they were doing. I never got help with my mental issues which are extremely serious. I’ve been scared for my life and the psychiatrist continued to play it safe with my prescriptions, seeming like she basically was refusing to prescribe me anything controlled. Even though I clearly seem to need it because the medications that she did prescribe me did nothing at all. I got flustered trying to express to her how bad I’m suffering, and at that point she basically gave up on me and kicked me out of her office, claiming that she was going to dump me off to some IOP program. On top of that I never received a call from the program as she promised. I was left stuck, trying to find another office that will take me in.”
