“HORRIBLE. Doctor Aponte needs to get fired. All she did was blame me for everything and call me crazy. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Gave me way more trauma than help me with it.”
“almost ten years. TEN YEARS, and all you people are and will ever be worried about is the money hitting your pockets. the televisits - a scam. the counselors - a scam. don’t you EVER tell me what i need, telling me i need to see a counselor twice a month but you people don’t even have the resources to give me that. i was lucky if i got to see my therapist every three months. it became an issue when you told me i was going to be seeing someone this much, and i barely ended up getting to see them at all. do not try and blame the failing of your branch on me or anybody else - the ones who need help most. should’ve expected it though, you work for a state that’s money hungry no matter who it is. i genuinely hope y’all are happy with the job you all have - lying to people. i’ve tried countless medications, ones that i put my trust in YOU to aid in my recovery. don’t you EVER, doctor, cut me off while i’m speaking again. check your connection before you knock mine. every appointment we’ve had wether virtual or in person, you think it’s OK to cut me off in the middle of what i’m saying, and i don’t play that. i let YOU talk and run your mouth about giving me whatever medication will put the most money in your pocket. P.S. don’t go here ESPECIALLY if you have someone who works for the branch. they obviously seem to forget how to get into someone’s case files. i will pray for y’all but y’all needa get yourselves together before you ever let a doctor come at me sideways again. SHOW US you worried about us, because this all look like a money grab. thanks for reading. maybe you can save yourself 10 years, too.”
“Been going here for 2 years for counseling and psychiatric help. I can't begin to thank Ms Julie and Ms Hayley enough for the work they've helped me accomplish. IF YOU WANT IT TO WORK, YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK. You have to try, and fail, and keep on trying!!!! Nothing is a 'cure all' .”
“Please, I need to contact you. My son's wheelchair is damaged, and we are in great need. I would appreciate it if you could call me.”
