“Don't go here unless you want horrible service... I call to make a appointment this am and was refused due to missing a appointment and couldn't afford to pay 40$ right out.. I was not offered a payment plan and if I hadn't showed up to the office I wouldn't have gotten a referral to somewhere else.. the lady was so rude not only that the other one sitting behind the glass decides to record me as if I was being disorderly first off I came in the office to see if I could make a payment plan to accommodate me and I was refused and told to leave.. well seeing how they handle mentally paitents. I do not recommend this office at all.. Dr. Jacobs staff are horrible..”
