In the past 2 years, Rachel's support has truly made a difference in his confidence and how he processes those feelings. She is incredibly patient and empathetic, and she has taught him many valuable self-regulating techniques. She often sends me artifacts or extra info to use at home. I also really enjoyed my one-on-one check-ins with Rachel. She listens without judgement, and helps me work through my own feelings and challenges. Counseling is only effective when the parent and child are working toward the same goal. The insights I learned from her has made a real difference in my parenting. Rachel is a gem!
