“I am very disappointed with my experience at this facility. Everything felt quite unorganized. I was trying to get approved for TMS therapy, but I kept being told that the delay was due to my insurance despite having good coverage and never having issues with approvals before. I ended up having to call multiple times and I essentially had to manage the entire insurance process myself. This made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, it seemed like the staff did not fully understand the steps required, and the experience has been very discouraging.”
