“We've had some bad experiences with other providers, and are in an area with limited resources, BUT: this is genuinely the best psychiatric care (that is, medication management, not psychology/counseling) that my son and I have had in the past decade. I'm very grateful for them being here. They treat both myself and my autistic son with refreshing care and dignity. Just as with anyone, there can be misunderstandings, and to any specialist, every issue will look like their specialty is the way to solve it. So patience and kindness and self-advocacy are always in order. The patient/psychiatrist/pharmacy/insurance message-passing game is hard on everyone and always takes a lot of attention and follow-up to get the best results. That said, no one here that we've interacted with has behaved rudely or dismissively to us. We haven't met everyone and have met Dr. Sheth very little, so it's not impossible that we've simply missed issues that others experienced. But, *our* experience has been excellent (even when *not* compared to our past bad experiences at other practices). As with any medical care, though, always make sure to investigate your diagnoses and medications and medication interactions on your own so that you can get the best care. “Solutionz is a very professional office. The front desk staff are courteous and knowledgeable about your billing and insurance information and any other concerns that you may have. My Telehealth appointments are always on time and occasionally even early, which helps if you're a busy person. The Medical staff will listen as you express your fears and problems living your day to day life, always responding with kindness and professional advice. I won't consider seeking Mental Health services at any other place. My appointments always end with a "genuine smile" on my face.”
