“This facilities billing department is horrible. They will double charge you for appointments and they will do it behind your back. You will notice it only if you’re paying close attention to your billing statements for your credit cards. This is not a one time event. It has happened to me twice and I was expecting after the first time this issue would be reconciled, but it has not. I do not recommend this facility. There are wonderful therapist elsewhere.”

“I went in last week into an appointment, that I believed was supposed to be what I was looking to get. But, there was miscommunication and the therapist, was going to get with someone about arranging that type of appointment. Well, he we are a week later, and have yet to hear back from anyone. I attempted to make an appointment online, but when the representative called me, she stated she couldn't get the appointment set-up...??? Weird. Advised, that I wait on the therapist because she is the only one that can get this specific appointment set-up...???? So disappointing...”
