What patients say on Google

“0 is more appropriate than the 1 star I'm forced to give, no communication, you'll die before you even hear anything, nurses are no where, doctor.. not sure where they are either, never has any answers. You are better off driving an hr to a bigger hospital then coming here”
Josh Barnes
“My 35 year old son was admitted last night and called me at 1 am in so much pain. He told the nurse and she brings him Tylenol. He has never had a drug problem but they couldn't offer him a pain narcotic? What is wrong with these people. He might better be home. he has diabetic ulcers on all toes on one foot with an exposed bone sticking out. Pain”
Wendy Tuttle
“The nurses in the ICU were nice except for one thing. Our funeral director told us, that when she went to pick up my mother's body. The nurses didn't send her body down to the morgue so that they could pick up her body downstairs. Instead she had to take my mother's body through the ICU in a black body bag for all the patients and they're children could see. In fact we were told they had gone by a man with his children.”
Barbara Cruz
“I went to the er early Saturday morning. One car was in the parking lot, no ambulances came in. Waited approximately an hour before the walk in clinic was open and was still not seen. When I asked receptionist if they were planning to being me back any time soon because I was in extreme pain I was told the head nurse doesn't know when I could be seen. I left and went to the guthrie walk in clinic and was seen immediately.”
