I learned a tremendous amount during this rotation. She was a wonderful teacher who took the time to explain her clinical decisions and actively involved me in patient care. She consistently made time not only for the patients she serves, but also for the students she precepts, creating a very supportive learning environment!”

“Dr Cameron-Matthews gave my daughter samples (she had a ton!) and prescription for Caplyta to help with her bipolar depression even tho she knew my daughter was on Obamacare and this would be +$1000/script. MY daughter’s gums started bleeding constantly and ALOT, she couldn’t eat which made things worse, but DR C-M said to stay on it and this would eventually subside. Come to find out FROM THE HOSPITAL that Caplyta is NOT supposed to be taken as she prescribed. Would never send anyone to her”

“I waited nearly three months for an appointment for my son, who urgently needs mental health support. When I called to confirm after I called back about 30 min, the front desk staff told me the appointment had been given to another patient—without any notification to me. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with was rude and dismissive, telling me to come down to the office and call back when I arrived. Zero empathy, zero professionalism. The lack of communication and disrespect during an already stressful time is unacceptable. I hope management improves training and treats families with the care they deserve.”
