What patients say on Google

“I've been receiving care from Sol for three years, and the highlight is that the practitioners are, by and large, phenomenal. New clients should be aware that, as with any company, there will be turnover, and relationships with practitioners may abruptly end. I loved the first psych nurse and therapist that I worked with there. The care was incredibly high quality, and they made me feel like I wasn't just another person in their caseload. I worked with my first psych and therapist for two and three years respectively. However, both of them eventually left the company, and that's where Sol's greatest weakness is. It really felt like the ball got dropped when my psych left. She told me that I would be contacted by patient services to schedule with a new provider, which was substantiated by an email I received as well, but no one ever reached out. This resulted in me running out of my medications, which is really risky for someone like me. When I did finally get in with a new psych, my trust in Sol had been eroded pretty substantially. While things have leveled off, I'm still pretty unimpressed with how cavalierly they treated employee transitions and how it impact patients. So would I recommend Sol? Yes, with an asterisk.”

“I've been using SOL for years and I'm beyond fed up. I've been having complications from a medication that was prescribed and they have literally ghosted me. You can't call, you can only message in the portal and they take zero steps to get back in a timely manner. Also they over charged me for a service in 2025 and it took me a full year plus countless emails and phone calls to finally get my money back. Completely disorganized company, they don't care about their patients at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone.”

“Steven is such a wonderful therapist. He is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate. From the very beginning, he has always made me feel heard, understood, and supported without ever feeling judged. He has such a pleasant, calming presence that makes it easy to open up, and I always leave our sessions feeling better than when I came in. I truly adore Steven and am so grateful for everything he has done to help me. His kindness, empathy, and guidance have made such a positive difference in my life. I can’t recommend him highly enough.”

“I’ve had a great experience at Sol! My therapist Elisa Peimer has been incredible since the first session - so warm and immediately created a safe, trusting environment. She’s so insightful and has already given me so many strategies to use! Highly recommend Elisa!!!!!!”
