What patients say on Google

“I have gone thru many therapists, would dread going with really nothing on my mind to talk about and thought it was a “me” problem with therapy. I knew I needed to be in therapy but didn’t realize what I was missing was a more personal connection that would make me feel more seen. I have been working with Ad for almost a year now and with the help of a medication that actually works, I have seen tremendous improvement in my behavioral issues. When we started, I told Ad what I was looking for in a therapist and I feel like they made an effort to adjust to my preferences if needed. Overall, this has been very beneficial to me and my mental health! :)”

“My experience has been very positive. My therapist, has been incredibly understanding, compassionate, and supportive throughout our sessions. She creates a comfortable environment where I feel heard and understood. I’m grateful for her professionalism and I highly recommend SOL Mental Health to anyone seeking compassionate care.”

“Very difficult to contact. I emailed twice, called once in an attempt to reschedule an appointment because I was unable to access the portal. Then when I was in the portal the (overall nice) mental health provider wouldn't do a very simple ask, splitting the prescription for my medication into two so I would not have to pay a lot out of pocket. This is a very normal request that providers have done easily throughout my time on medication. Then when I finally reached them to reschedule I was told I would have to pay a fee despite over a week of me trying to contact them. I wouldn't recommend.”

“I was very hesitant to start therapy but from the very beginning my experience had been great. From the first initial call to set up an appointment to actually having my first sit down with Alfonso had literally been life changing.”
