He was a wonderful therapist: empathic toward our concerns, a great listener, and he validated the feelings we expressed while providing tools and methods to help our relationship. I found him to be insightful, practical, relatable, and “down-to-earth”. There was heartfelt empathy in his counseling and methods, which helped us feel at ease during sessions and express our feelings to one another, strengthening our relationship.
