What patients say on Google
“This place has been very supportive of me and my family. I have the best therapist and her name is Tomasina Rucker. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.”
“This system that the CSB now has is absolutely ridiculous.. I don’t know who designed the way of set up to get appointments and everything like that… but I suggest they be fired. I believe that if we all got together and sue them for incompetence, it may work…. They’re literally putting lives in jeopardy the way they have it.. you have to come in between 8 AM and 230 so in my case, my daughter has to miss school sit there and wait until she gets appointment then sit there for multiple hours to try to set up to see if she qualifies… at 8 AM you have to call until you get an appointment… so if other people are better at calling than you and get through first did they take all the appointments?.. in that case, you have to do it again the next day until you finally get it well my daughters missing school while this is happening.. and if I decide that her education is very important and she misses getting to talk to these people. Her life is in jeopardy or her siblings is while she cannot get medication or control anything it is over an eight month wait for her to see a therapist… the way they have the system set up. It is literally impossible to see anybody.. I believe that it’s the systems fault that no one actually gets seen.. it’s almost like whoever set up the system wants them to go on medicated wants to go without any therapy… I think they found a legal way to not allow anyone to help… I think we should all get together and sue them for the way they have it set up sue them for every single person walking around struggling for not having help. Is anyone else agrees… please hit the button on this. That way we can all get together and speak to a lawyer. They won’t fix anything until we make them fix it so if you have a loved one that struggle because they could not get a hold of anybody over here and something happened like they killed themselves or they owed because they weren’t getting medicated through them and said they were self-medicating hit the button on this and we can get a lawyer together… I believe if we all stand up together, we can win this thing…”
“I've been working with them for a long time because I can't afford my medicine under normal means. But lately there has been a staff change and a degrade of services. This place is really sketchy now. It even looks like a homeless camp just outside the facility. If you can, get a therapist and doctor away from this place.”
“They do not have people with proper credentials working cases. Because of this, they claim they can not submit to insurance and sent us an invoice for charges. What are our taxes paying for if the county can't hire people that are properly credentialed?”
