“This place is filled with child abusers who sanctioned bullying. An Autistic child was there for summer programs and after school and was subjugated to severe bullying by highschool aged students in front of the staff, who did by and did nothing. The staff even abused that poor boy by throwing him into a wall or hitting him in the chest, even punishing him for bad behavior done by other kids. Smith Community Mental Health needs to be shut down, immediately.”
