“This is a very unprofessional place. Constantly keeps changing your appointment. Not to mention on the day of your appointment they call you to change your appointment. Had it done to me 5 times. My daughter had an appointment with her therapist on 03-17-2026 and needed an doctor excuse for school and I had to go through hell to get one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.”

“Receptionist was rude. She tols me they dont handle ADHD assessments there. Its all over your website that you do.. and why are you rude im just asking a question.”

“please get a new receptionist!!! The one who answers for all four health clinics. She is a very rude woman and needs a different line of sevice! You should not be working in healthcare if u can’t be nice. In fact, especially the one your talking to about making new appointments! That’s the first impression. This lady hung up on me for telling her to have a better day that she’s having. Lord, save these people.”

“My girlfriend is currently suffering because she doesn’t have her prescription. My girlfriend has contacted this office for the past 5 days and she STILL hasn’t gotten back to her. Even the pharmacist has left urgent messages, and this office has done absolutely nothing to help her. Each day that passes she grows more sick. NEVER go here for psychiatric services. They do not respond in a timely manner and do not care for their patients. We will be switching psychiatrists as soon as possible. This is unacceptable behavior from a “health” clinic.”
