“For a business that features page after page of providers, they seem to have no office staff or competent crisis support personnel. A family member was referred to seek the "services" of this clinic, and was subjected to hurdles no one facing a crisis should encounter. Urgent crisis calls go to voicemail, and when calls are actually answered the staff minimize the issues and disregard callers' concerns. Useless. Unprofessional. Garbage.”
