What patients say on Google
“I had an infection in January of 2026. I was seen at the WALK IN CLINIC/DOCTORS OFFICE on highway 90 just East of SRHS the visit was great and Dr. gave me a steroid shot and infection cleared up. Once the visits was filed on my insurance and claim processed I received a bill for 175.00 for the visit that was coded for the building being an outpatient facility. Nowhere on the sign or no other signage says this is an outpatient facility. Most patients are aware that using a surgical facility or outpatient facility will be an additional charge for facility. I feel the sign should be changed and everyone entering the building should be made aware of possible additional facility charges. This was on a day that my PCP office was closed. For 175.00 I would have waited until my PCP was open. This should be addressed I did request a refile of claim and I was told that there was nothing that could be changed so I am paying the 175.00 building fee. The sign says it is a doctors office if I remember correctly nothing about outpatient facility. Edward Mabry”
“The receptionist was very nice and got me checked in quickly, so I really appreciated her. However, the communication after being checked in was terrible. I’ve been waiting for about two hours with little to no updates, the lights going off twice on top of sitting there for two hours with nobody communicating had me ready to WALK OUT and staff have walked by multiple times without anyone explaining what’s going on or what the plan is. The long wait is frustrating, but the lack of communication made it even worse. They lost a patient today!”
“I needed an appointment, for a health crisis. I was treated very well. I'm thankful for the care, I received and ultimately helping my situation. I saw PA Balius, I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Ty to this clinic for helping me. God bless”
“For a place that claims to provide primary care, it shouldn't take 4 months to get in to your already established primary care provider. No medications or conditions can be accurately monitored and treated if you can't get in to see your doctor in a reasonable amount of time. 4 months is not a reasonable amount of time. Either stop lying and saying you do primary care or clear up the schedules of your pcps.”
