“After trying numerous times to book an appointment and only getting answering machine, finally speak directly to a person who schedules me on what turns out to be Memorial day. Get a message telling me they'll be closed that day and will need to reschedule (then why was I booked on that date in the first place?) Reschedule another 3 weeks out for a televisit at 10:30 am. Mark all reminders that it is at 10:30 am. Get a call at 10:20 that morning stating I was supposed to check in at 10. Adamant on my end that appointment was not supposed to start for another 10 minutes but whatever, I'm told to check in now and continue. Check in as instructed only to be told that I am late and other patients are waiting. Told to reschedule again for a third time. There will be no third time.”
