What patients say on Google
“As a healthcare provider, I have seen the incredible impact and clear benefits of this fantastic program firsthand. The clinicians are exceptional, highly professional, and deeply committed to the well being and growth of the individuals they serve. Their ability to build strong, trusting relationships while delivering thoughtful, evidence based care truly sets this program apart. Simply Bee creates a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel understood, valued, and motivated to make meaningful progress. The communication with families and referral sources is consistent, clear, and collaborative, which further strengthens outcomes. I strongly and confidently recommend this program and will continue to refer without any reservations. It is a trusted resource that consistently delivers high quality care and meaningful results.”
“My child experienced a severe mental health crisis while enrolled in Simply Bee. After starting antidepressant medication for the first time, they developed intense and constant suicidal ideation, which is a known risk when beginning these medications. They disclosed during their Simply Bee check-ins that they were relapsing with self-harm behaviors and experiencing severe, active suicidal thoughts. Despite these disclosures, Simply Bee staff accused my child of exaggerating or fabricating their suicidal intent in order to remain in the program. This accusation was not only inappropriate but extremely dangerous. My child had a specific plan and intent to harm themselves that same night, which ultimately required immediate intervention. They were going to kill themselves with a rope in my basement, that I didn’t know was still there at the time. Compounding this failure, my child was not provided access to a psychiatrist after starting medication. Simply Bee does not allow patients in their IOP program to see a psychiatrist, nor do they permit patients to have an outside psychiatrist. As a result, my child had no qualified medical professional to report worsening suicidal thoughts to during a critical period. Because Simply Bee failed to take appropriate action or provide adequate psychiatric oversight, my child’s condition escalated to the point that inpatient hospitalization became necessary. I was lucky enough they came to me with their situation. This situation could have had a tragic outcome. Based on our experience, I strongly urge other families to consider alternative treatment centers, even if it requires additional travel. Choosing a program that takes suicidal ideation seriously and provides proper psychiatric care may save your child’s life. It isn’t worth it to send your kid to a place that doesn’t offer support and doesn’t believe kids that are going to kill themselves. My kid has high functioning depression and is able to appear happy and put together, and because of this Simply Bee decided my child must be okay despite them telling the program they were NOT. This place needs better therapists and psychiatrists that actually care about helping their patients.”
“We have been incredibly pleased with our experiences at Simply Bee! We’ve gained a wealth of knowledge from the Simply Bee D70 Families Learning Together events and my daughter recently loved an event that was hosted by Simply Bee. She attended a Simply Bee event with her Girl Scout troop that focused on mindfulness, intention/goal setting, friendship and self-compassion. (All very important topics for young girls today!) The entire team displayed great communication and they were very professional. Definitely recommend!”
“We had a wonderful experience here! My daughter's therapist was extremely caring and compassionate in her approach. She really made my daughter (and me!) feel comfortable, and empowered her to develop and implement strategies to work through some of her anxieties. The office is adorable and staff is super helpful- we are so glad we found Simply Bee! :)”
