“I came in with high hopes, I left with rage. After waiting 5 weeks, filling out an outrageous amount of paperwork, driving 45 minutes, answering the same questions in person, that I filled out online (which I was told HAD to be done otherwise I would not be seen), I feel like I paid for work that was already done.... had the provider have taken the time to understand the issues vs masking them with yet ANOTHER medication, this review probably would have been different. The appointment was rushed and didn't feel personal, and lets be real, mental health is a personal issue. If you're wanting a diagnosis after 8 minutes in a room with someone, this is your place. If you want a personal experience with an educated answer, I recommend spending your money elsewhere. For reference, I was in and out, 1st visit, with a new diagnosis and a new medication in 38 minutes... the drive to Columbia took longer than the appointment did.”

“Do not take your kid to this place! Worst place ever!!! My family and I were treated so unprofessional and rudely by the Co. owner Sharon. This classless person clearly does this for the money and has no heart. She actually hung up on my wife when my wife was trying to have a serious conversation about what was best for our family. I could say much more but will not stoop to her level! Much better places then this who actually have people that care!”
