Her lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills makes her unfit to manage patients’ mental health or medications. “I find very unprofessional when mental health providers dont take the time to communicate with patients. In my case my appointment got canceled at last minute, with no explanation. I asked the person who called and she said Dr. Sherin PARVEZ was canceling and was not able to see me as patient. But no information was provided to my request. I sent kind formal email to request information but nobody responded to it. As a patient going thru a hard situation, I was referred to this practice and I was looking forward to see Dr. Parvez. I'm ok if there an specific reason that prevents Dr. Parvez to see me, but canceling at last minute and not providing any reason seems very unprofessional. All I ask if for someone to kindly respond and provide me with more information and I really think there is miscommunication. Even my primary doctor that referred me, was in disbelief and wanted to know the reason for it.”
