“I've been a patient of this place for a long time. Dr. Palmer is the current doctor but I've been around since Dr. Are good and a little before her too. My Father used to take me there himself since I don't drive and that was before his eye site went bad. Anyway since we don't have a vehicle anymore, we have to rely on others for help. Also this place has good staff but when it comes to our situation, who knows how many times we call up there only to get no answer and have to leave a message only to never get a call back when you need something from them. This gets annoying real quick. I don't know if they're short staffed, busy or what. Same applies to when we have our local pharmacy Wightman's call them or Cvs (after the switch since Wightman's closed). Now the staff call us when there's scheduled phone calls and such but never able to contact to them except a few occasions. It's frustrating especially since we're not even from Belleville.”
